Who knew? A new snack trend is "Crinchy"--an amalgam of Crispy + Crunchy. Why should we care? Because understanding consumer behavior, especially for a software provider, helps us to understand how their suppliers (and our customers) respond to demands for different products, different formulations, and the demands on maintaining and updating those systems.
